RwandAir has introduced online check-in services for the convenience of its passengers. Starting 24 hours before departure, travelers can now check in for their RwandAir flights from the comfort of their own home or mobile device.

Hassle-Free Check-in Process

The online check-in process is quick and easy. Passengers can visit the RwandAir website or mobile app to access their booking and begin the check-in procedure. They will be prompted to provide their passport details, seat preference, and any special assistance required.

Once the check-in is complete, passengers will receive a boarding pass that can be printed or stored on their mobile device. They can then proceed to the airport at their scheduled departure time and proceed to their gate without having to wait in line at the check-in counter.

Additional Check-in Options

In addition to online check-in, RwandAir also offers self check-in kiosks at the airport. These kiosks allow passengers to check in, print their boarding passes, and drop off their luggage at designated locations.

Passengers who prefer traditional check-in methods can still proceed to the airport check-in counter, which will be available 24 hours before departure.
